How you’ll spend your day

  • Strategic Supply Chain Management: Optimize inventory, production, and capacity to guarantee on-time, in-full market fulfillment.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the central point of contact for market inquiries, aligning service, demand, inventory, and safety stock.
  • Demand-Driven Planning: Monitor trends and proactively adjust production factors to match evolving customer needs.
  • Quality & Efficiency Champion: Prioritize testing schedules, manage releases, and optimize planning parameters for cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a motivated team to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Compliance & Training: Ensure all operations meet cGMP, SOP, and health & safety standards. Train and qualify your team for peak performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive proactive change management and implement ongoing process enhancements.
     

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree;
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Planning from a manufacturing/ operational company
  • Leader experience and people management skills;
  • Change management skills;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Highly team orientated;
  • Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines;
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP ERP;
  • SharePoint knowledge is a plus;
  • Participation and leadership in cross functional projects;
  • Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis under tight deadlines;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
