How you’ll spend your day

  • Production Planning:
    • Create firmed 3-month production plans in SAP.
    • Ensure material availability.
  • Inventory & Quality Management:
    • Manage raw material and bulk inventory; prevent OOS.
    • Monitor API expiry, manage re-testing, and support destruction.
    • Ensure materials comply with CEP/DMF and approved suppliers, considering lead times.
    • Reserve materials for customers.
  • Coordination & Analysis:
    • Liaise with Supply Service, Scheduling, and Planner Buyers.
    • Serve as the Supply Chain quality contact.
    • Support bridging stock discussions and provide data (lead times, stock coverage).
    • Maintain planning data accuracy; analyze inventory.
  • Compliance & Improvement:
    • Document/investigate deviations, report to QA, and suggest/implement preventive actions.
    • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, Health & Safety.
    • Propose and implement continuous improvements
  • Data analysis in the field of inventory management.

Your experience and qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
  • Professional experience in Planning department and data analysis
  • Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI;
  • Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
