How you’ll spend your day
- Production Planning:
- Create firmed 3-month production plans in SAP.
- Ensure material availability.
- Inventory & Quality Management:
- Manage raw material and bulk inventory; prevent OOS.
- Monitor API expiry, manage re-testing, and support destruction.
- Ensure materials comply with CEP/DMF and approved suppliers, considering lead times.
- Reserve materials for customers.
- Coordination & Analysis:
- Liaise with Supply Service, Scheduling, and Planner Buyers.
- Serve as the Supply Chain quality contact.
- Support bridging stock discussions and provide data (lead times, stock coverage).
- Maintain planning data accuracy; analyze inventory.
- Compliance & Improvement:
- Document/investigate deviations, report to QA, and suggest/implement preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, Health & Safety.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements
- Data analysis in the field of inventory management.
Your experience and qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
- Professional experience in Planning department and data analysis
- Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI;
- Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
