Job Description

  • Design and develop advanced packaging solutions for sterile products
  • E2E packaging needs support
  • Project Management of multiple packaging projects across multiple product lines
  • Lead the organization's sterile products packaging standards and requirements.
  • Responsible for designs verification of the packaging systems, to meet design requirements and release to production.
  • Characterize and identify new packaging processes, in order to improve efficiency and to reduce costs.
  • Develop component specifications, inspection plans and packaging protocols/reports, to insure that the packaging system performs properly.
  • Create and manage change requests in the document control system.
  • Support qualifications of packaging processes and automated visual inspection.
  • Responsible for internal and external packaging compliance requirements, to meet Launches schedule.
  • As packaging SME, support audits and CAPAs as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in TEVA


  • BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in various packaging processes (high volume preferred) - must
  • Experience as a process engineer – highly preferred
  • Knowledge in packaging validation and verification
  • Experience and strong understanding of GMP
  • Strong design and project management skills  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • CAD knowledge and experience (Solidworks) - advantage
