Job Description

  • Ongoing management of the Biological Methods team and the HPLC team
  • Ongoing management of work scheduling
  • Implementation and monitoring of quality and safety projects
  • Implementation of new biological methods
  • Leadership of improvement projects
  • Lab audits preparation
  • Providing solutions for professional problems
  • Working with a variety of interfaces in Israel and abroad

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences – required
  • Master's degree in Biology - an advantage
  • 5 years of experience in managing a laboratory team of at least 10 employees
  • Experience in biological laboratory work with cell cultures and knowledge in HPLC
  • Familiarity with protein characterization methods
  • Experience in leading and accompanying regulatory audits from Israel and abroad
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a GMP environment
  • Experience in driving and leading improvement processes
  • Excellent reading, writing and conversational skills in English
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and accurate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – teamwork, leadership and assertiveness
