The opportunity

This is an opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role within a manufacturing or packaging environment, with full accountability for shift execution, team leadership, and compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
The role combines people management, hands-on operational leadership, and real-time decision-making in a regulated, fast-paced industrial setting.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Supervise and manage production or packaging activities within a defined manufacturing area during the shift.
  • Ensure achievement of the shift production plan, including output, quality, and timelines.
  • Lead and support a production team of approximately 15–20 employees.
  • Coordinate activities with other teams on shift.
  • Address operational and technical issues, escalating as needed to ensure continuity and minimize losses.
  • Ensure full compliance with Safety, GMP, Quality, and EHS standards.
  • Support SOP preparation, documentation accuracy, and line clearance activities.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of production or packaging processes.
  • GMP certification and experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Digital awareness and ability to work with IT systems.
