The opportunity

This is an opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role within a manufacturing or packaging environment, with full accountability for shift execution, team leadership, and compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
The role combines people management, hands-on operational leadership, and real-time decision-making in a regulated, fast-paced industrial setting.

How you’ll spend your day

Supervise and manage production or packaging activities within a defined manufacturing area during the shift.
Ensure achievement of the shift production plan, including output, quality, and timelines.
Lead and support a production team of approximately 15–20 employees.
Coordinate activities with other teams on shift.
Address operational and technical issues, escalating as needed to ensure continuity and minimize losses.
Ensure full compliance with Safety, GMP, Quality, and EHS standards.
Support SOP preparation, documentation accuracy, and line clearance activities.

Your experience and qualifications

Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of production or packaging processes.
GMP certification and experience working in a regulated environment.
Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Digital awareness and ability to work with IT systems.
