Job Description

  • Develop and manage Tender & Oncology sales strategy and national sales team, leverage and grow partnerships with key customers nationally and liaising with the Marketing team to achieve Tender (UHC & INH) & oncology national sales target, market share and organization objectives.
  • Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan and allocate it to all Tender Sales team.
  • Influences governmental organizations, health care groups and trusts to make budget, reimbursement and funding decisions or usage recommendations in favor of the company's products.
  • Influences organization policy or budget through arguments of product efficacy and of health economics, rather than influencing prescribing doctors directly.
  • Establishes, maintains and develops good relationships with governmental agencies, medical associations, primary care organizations and trusts  to ensure company products are included in specific treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop national budget plan of each product based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop Sales team to achieve the targeted revenue and market share, develop their skill, provide feedback and directions to Sales Managers to improve the performance quality & productivity
  • To coordinate with marketing department, direct and monitor execution of marketing activities Area Sales Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents, medical communities and distributor.
  • To implement the QEHS procedure to achieve the target and continuously improving the effectiveness of the process. 


  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferable majoring in management, marketing, pharmacy or other related field. .
  • 2 years’ experience as Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good communication, proactive style and can effectively collaborate with internal and external parties.
  • Strong in strategy, sales plan & analysis.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • MNC (preferred)/PMA and local pharmaceutical company.
