The opportunity
We are looking someone who can builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key business account at health department (DINKES) and promote the company‘s strategic product through sales activities and promotional programs.
How you’ll spend your day
- Monitor the entire e-purchasing process to ensure that all package IDs received by distributors are invoiced promptly, according to the timelines provided by hospitals or BPJS outlets.
- Establish good communication, especially with the sales team, regarding BPJS business developments.
- Develop key business accounts and hold regular, strategic meetings with key decision-makers at the health department (DINKES) to understand their needs and introduce them to the company's strategic products through sales and promotional programs.
- Maintain and update priority account (DINKES) profiles to identify the coverage profiles per year for data collection purposes.
- Develop promotional program plans, including implementation and evaluation, to support sales.
- Implement and monitor promotional programs, including the placement of promotional materials, to ensure they align with the promotional program.
- Assist pharmacovigilance in reporting and following up on customer complaints regarding products (drug safety monitoring) and assist the QA Department in following up on complaints regarding product quality to ensure Actavis product quality and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure the compliances to the QEHS procedure, regulations and company policy.
Your experience and qualifications
- D3(Diploma) / S1(Bachelor’s Degree) from reputable University of any discipline
- 2-3 years’ experience in key account
- Familiar with BPJS business
- Expertise in operating Excel and Power Point is a must
- Communication skills, Interpersonal skill, excellent computer literacy (Excel and Power Point)
