The opportunity

We are seeking a results-oriented and skilled Financial Analyst to oversee our organization's financial performance, reporting, and budgeting operations. 

 

This role will be offered as fixed term contract.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Preparation of the monthly and yearly budgets, distributing reports across departments to ensure process compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and monitor dashboards to track financial targets, providing real-time insights into company performance.
  • Support the preparation and planning of monthly sales forecasts, collaborating with sales units and distributing final budgets to relevant business units.
  • Conduct monthly profitability studies, consolidated profit/loss forecasts, and variance analysis, comparing with budgeted targets.
  • Monitor purchase approvals and budget compliance, reporting on discrepancies and ensuring that all spending aligns with budgeted amounts.
  • Forecast upload to SAC system by using excel templates; and follow up successful submission process – guide India GBS teams for submission

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A departments or audit firms
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with financial systems like SAP/SAC or Oracle ERP is an asset.
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong presentation and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to deadlines and a dynamic environment, with flexibility during month-end and quarter-end closings.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
  • Fluent in English, ethical, and compliant with corporate codes and standards.
