Job Description


As part of site leadership team, You will deliver value by insuring productivity and efficiency improvements that lead to the improvement of Site KPIs. This is achieved by driving change through the implementation of the global Teva Production System standards and coaching local management and team members to achieve sustainable step change in the Site’s operational performance on all dimensions: Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost Competitiveness, while engaging and empowering people.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement site-wide OPEX Transformation Strategy, Master Plan, and Governance in alignment with Regional Strategy and KPIs
• Deploy Teva Production System, with a focus on, best in class systems, tools and processes, employee engagement and empowerment,  a mindset and culture of continuous improvement and creating our new way of working
• Design the roadmap and targets for OPEX performance that integrates core processes, ongoing improvements and execution of the Site strategy
• Manage and insure alignment of site OPEX initiatives with Site KPIs to sustain focused continuous improvement
• Manage and report financial and operational impact benefits on a site level. 
• Facilitates and partners with site groups to conduct OPEX assessments and xx
• Implement new operational improvement activities, while leveraging key OPEX practices from across network
• Ensure the Site has the right skills and capabilities to deliver on the transformation and Teva Production System--Coach, train and facilitate line management and change agents, including knowledge sharing of best practices



• Bachelors Degree in a related engineering/technical or scientific discipline preferred
• MBA or relevant Masters desirable
• Black Belt (BB) certification is desirable but not required

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of recent, practical Lean-Sigma/Continuous Improvement (CI) application experience in manufacturing and/or process environments (e.g., Pharmaceutical/API, Consumer Products, Chemicals, Medical Device)
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams to diagnose, design and implement solutions to create step change improvement
• Operations/production management experience preferred
• Track record of tangible improvements, with evidence of successful implementation of continuous improvement programs resulting in improved site operational performance
• Experience building lean knowledge and implementing methodologies across a manufacturing site to xx continuous improvement culture
• Project management, facilitation and change management leadership skills/experience
