The opportunity
The main purpose of the position is to implement value-based customer solutions to achieve business targets for the assigned region by developing & executing a cross-functional business plan for the Other Ix portfolio in assigned regions, also called the «region» (e.g. sales, marketing, regional market access and medical). Furthermore, the purpose is to continuously identify, develop and execute business opportunities in the assigned region. This should be achieved by demonstrating the value of Teva’s offerings to prescribers, regional payers and regional decision makers (expert group, formulary committees, civil servants and head of clinics/primary care units/private clinicians) and other relevant stakeholders by presenting value-based solutions on the prioritized therapy areas.
To be successful in the role the RBL (Regional Business Lead) needs to be able to analyze the market to understand how to prioritize focus areas, decide on critical success factors, perform a stakeholder mapping and to plan, implement and follow up on the business plan of the RBL regions.

How you’ll spend your day
Externally (Lead)
- Implement value based customer solutions to achieve business targets for the assigned region
- Responsible for getting regional/local clinic recommendation for prioritized product
- Mapping decision-making units and work on an optimal relationship network within the region
- Use various channels to establish and maintain contact and generate advocacy with key stakeholders
Internally (Lead)
- Create a Regional Business Plan including detailed activity plans and KPIs per function
- Create and facilitate cross-functional regional team meetings frequently and as needed
- Report all calls and sales initiatives in Veeva every week by complying Tevas business standards for Veeva reporting
- Feedback the regional business intelligence relevant for Other Ix portfolio
- Lead Regional Hearings
Internally (Participate)
- Input to Marketing National Budget

Your experience and qualifications
- A relevant university degree e.g. within medicine, pharmacy or economy with an experience in pharma
- Authorization (by LIF) to inform about drugs
- Customer focus: Customer oriented, state of the art in relationship building, good understanding of the Swedish health care system, ability to turn business opportunities into co-operative projects with the customers and be instrumental in implementing these, ability to identify business opportunities
- Soft skills: Solutions oriented, demonstrates team spirit, ability to prioritize between work tasks by proactive manage time scheduling, demonstrates independence, drive and power of initiative, strong analytical skills with a drive and engagement to find value-based customer solutions
- IT: Good knowledge in MS office, good knowledge of CRM and Business systems, such as Veeva and Reveal, good knowledge in internal data systems applicable to role (e.g. PromoMats)
- Languages: Oral and written fluency in Swedish and English
- Driver's license
