The opportunity

As the Brand & Digital Lead CNS, you will drive the strategy, growth, and market presence of Teva’s CNS portfolio in Sweden. This role blends strategic brand leadership, digital innovation, and external engagement. 

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams, aligning them around shared goals and breaking down silos. Success in this role requires being visible in the field, engaging directly with KOLs, prescribers, and patient organizations, while delivering data-driven, omnichannel marketing initiatives. 

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will define brand strategy, guide execution, and embed digital solutions into all brand activities to maximize results. 

How you’ll spend your day

Strategic Planning Leadership 

  • Lead the creation and execution of the annual strategic brand plan, ensuring alignment with Swedish market needs and European strategies. 
  • Develop and communicate clear brand positioning, messaging, and vision to secure buy-in across internal stakeholders. 
  • Continuously analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve strategic objectives. 
  • Ensure brand strategies align with ethical standards, sustainability goals, and compliance frameworks. 

 

Cross-Functional Alignment  

  • Serve as the leader of the CNS brand team, guiding Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Digital colleagues toward shared goals. 
  • Replace siloed approaches with a collaborative “one team” mindset, enabling faster, more effective decision-making. 
  • Influence team members through data-driven insights and active engagement. 

 

Digital & Innovation 

  • Drive innovation culture and develop innovative digital content and tactics. 
  • Orchestrate the creation and rollout of omnichannel projects supporting key focus in brand plan 
  • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, digital therapeutics). 

 

External Engagement 

  • Secure a common understanding of key customers and drive process to reach ambition in customer engagement plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, prescribers, expert groups, and patient organizations. 
  • Represent Teva at national and international congresses, advocating for the CNS portfolio. 
  • Gather market insights to inform strategy and ensure activities meet customer needs. 

 

Performance & Optimization 

  • Financial planning and follow-up of sales targets and total cost budget. 
  • Track KPIs and explain variations when needed. 
  • Coordinate regular insights and discussions with commercial and medical colleagues. 
  • Master internal systems such as, HIP, Veeva Promomats, Ariba, Veeva CRM). 

 

Patient & HCP Engagement 

  • Develop compliant marketing materials and patient support programs. 
  • Engage with patient communities and advocacy groups to co-create brand initiatives. 
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to target customer groups. 
  • Create and update e-detailing tools for prescribers and expert committees. 

Your experience and qualifications

  • Degree in either business management/economics or life science/biology 
  • 3+ years in product management of an innovative pharmaceutical brand, ideally CNS or migraine.At least 3 years’ experience in product management of innovative pharma brand and informal leadership of a commercial brand team 
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines. 
  • Experience of developing budgets, forecasts and market models 
  • Pronounced experience with multichannel marketing and implementation of digital platforms and tools
