The opportunity

The newly created Global Product Strategy (GPS) Team is accountable for the long-term strategic vision, and commercial strategy for Teva’s neurology and immunology portfolio of innovative medicines - translating scientific innovation into long-term brand and business value.

 

The Senior Executive Assistant primarily supports the SVP Global Product Strategy – Innovative Medicines and will manage the executive calendar, expense reports and travel coordination. The role will also support the GPS leadership team (5 team members) in preparation of reports, presentations and meetings through analysis, desk research and proactive interactions with internal experts as well as coordinating internal and external meetings.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Complex diary management for the SVP and prioritising schedule to optimise time effectively
  • Ensure the SVP has pre-read materials and is prepared for key meetings, events and visits
  • Manage the SVP’s email correspondence where applicable with complete adherence to confidentiality
  • Understand strategic priorities, key relationships and business needs to proactively make recommendations and perform tasks to best support the work of the SVP and team and create efficiencies
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting and other logistical support to the SVP and, as needed, to Lead Team members
  • Proofread and enhance PowerPoint presentations for clarity, impact, and visual appeal.
  • Suggest meeting agendas, creating short summaries of key meetings and following up with others on certain action items
  • General administrative support for assigned SVPs and their direct reports (as necessary), including scheduling meetings, reporting requirements, ordering materials, etc.
  • Using our internal SAP system for managing payments
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with department training logistics
  • Provide cover when other EA’s are on annual leave to other members of the Leadership team
  • Contribute to the culture and community of Teva and the Global Product Strategy team more broadly.
  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks which may arise

Your experience and qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • HS Diploma is required.  Bachelor’s Degree in Business  or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7+ years experience in coordination, project management and/or administrative support role for senior executives in a corporate, global setting is required.

 

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Experience and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multitask, work and navigate with changing priorities, and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel), Digital Tools (M365 Copilot)
  • Comfortable working with sensitive data and digital tools
  • Basic knowledge of teleconference and videoconference services
  • Excellent organization and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client oriented
  • Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • An innovative thinker with a drive for efficiency
  • Highly organised with strong time management capability
  • Remaining focused when deadlines, priorities and practices change
  • Thorough with a keen eye for detail

 

Location & Travel

Based in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, with occasional travel (up to 10%) for key meetings and cross-functional alignment.
