As a key member of the TA Center of Excellence (COE), the Global Talent Sourcing and Insights Lead will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, shape the future of Teva’s talent landscape, and ensure delivery excellence across global hiring efforts. 

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Engagement

  • Design and execute global sourcing strategies to attract candidates for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build, shape and govern a global talent pooling strategy that delivers proactive, data‑driven talent pipelines for priority roles, geographies and capabilities, enabling faster, higher‑quality and more cost‑effective hiring.
  • Leverage talent technology platforms (e.g., Eightfold and SAP SuccessFactors) to drive data‑led talent pooling, workforce insights, and pipeline development; experience with these tools is a strong advantage.
  • Lead direct sourcing efforts, including outreach, evaluation, and engagement of top-tier talent for critical positions.
  • Develop and maintain talent maps to proactively identify senior-level professionals across industry competitors.

 

Insights & Labor Market Analytics

  • Provide labor market intelligence for upcoming hiring needs, including trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for market insights related to senior-level roles and general talent dynamics.
  • Manage regional insights for complex or strategically important markets, ensuring tailored support.

 

Multi-location Recruitment Strategy

  • Advise on optimal hiring locations for roles not yet posted, using market data to guide decision-making.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple geographies, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies and execution across regions.

 

Confidential Role Management

  • Oversee recruitment for confidential roles involving sensitive organizational changes or leadership transitions.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are in place before initiating sourcing activities.
  • Maintain discretion and transparency through proactive communication and governance with stakeholders.

 

Senior Position Oversight

  • Monitor recruitment activity for senior-level roles to ensure alignment with strategic workforce planning.
  • Use data dashboards to maintain visibility into hiring progress and identify potential risks or gaps.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with recruitment leads and hiring managers to review progress and provide strategic guidance.

 

Agency Engagement

  • Approve the use of external recruitment agencies for mid-level commercial roles, ensuring alignment with internal policies and budget considerations.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with a strong global footprint.
  • Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies across regions (US, EU, LATAM, APAC).
  • Experience using AI enabled talent and labor market tools (e.g. TalentNeuron, SeekOut, Hostlite, Lightcast, Drop or other).
  • Strong experience with ATS systems; experience using Eightfold is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, and Excel or other.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience and network in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
