Manager, Commercial & Strategic Intelligence

We are looking for a Manager, Commercial & Strategic Intelligence to own the commercial and strategic intelligence provision for the Primary and Secondary Care Business units of Teva UK & Ireland.

This role can be based in either our Harlow or Castleford Offices.

A Day in the Life of...

  • You will extract and analyse data from internal and external systems to measure and report on business performance.
  • You will support and drive the evolution of existing sub-national insight tools for sales teams.
  • You will provide analysis to report on national performance and support business diagnosis of influencing factors.
  • You will support market research projects including identifying the scope of the research, agency selection and briefing, presentation of results and design/implementation of new initiatives.
  • You will provide market data and insight to incorporate into product forecasts and the pricing strategy.
  • You will lead multi-business unit projects where Commercial Excellence is involved.
  • You will manage collation and validation of competitor intelligence ensuring it provides a strategic benefit to Teva UK.

Who we are looking for

Are you….

  • Highly analytical with a technical mind-set?
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail?
  • A strong problem-solver with Cause and Effect thinking?
  • Able to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively?

 

Do you have….

  • A degree or equivalent experience working in a Commercial and Strategic Intelligence position?
  • Your ABI qualification or willing to study and gain it?
  • Experience either in the Pharmaceutical industry or within the NHS?
  • Knowledge of the NHS structure and reimbursement mechanisms covering distribution channels, primary and secondary care prescribers and dispensers? (Preferred)
