The opportunity
As a key member of the Finance team, you will provide critical financial insights that shape strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across global locations to drive performance, ensure transparency, and support growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
How you’ll spend your day
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support decision-making, including weekly, monthly and quarterly performance insights.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, gross profit trends, and demand forecasts; provide market intelligence on customer dynamics.
• Oversee on a global level cost control and headcount analysis, highlighting significant trends and variances.
• Partner with senior leadership and FP&A teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct cash collection reviews and cash flow forecasting to support liquidity planning.
• Develop and implement financial models and methodologies to enhance analytical depth.
• Manage multiple priorities in a global environment, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial & Supply Chain teams to ensure financial alignment and support business initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to streamline reporting, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making.
• Influence stakeholders through strong relationships and data-driven recommendations.
Your experience and qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or business finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Deep understanding of business operations and financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP. Knowledge in BI tools. Experience with SAC represents an asset
• Oral and written fluence in English
