Your role

•    Provide strong and quality financial and support business decisions through robust analytics to various business partners on a monthly/quarterly basis
•    Analyze and monitor the company’s sales and gross profit both looking at historic sales and future expectations (demand). Analyze and provide data and information on the external markets (customer market)
•    Analyze and monitor the company’s Cost of Labor and headcount while highlighting significant trends 
•    Work and interact closely and regularly with senior leadership and FP&A departments within the company
•    Transfer price calculations on an ad-hoc basis
•    Establish and maintain new financial methods/models to ensure continuous quality and improved analysis
•    Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while preparing quality and comprehensive data

Your profile

•    Bachelor/Master degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/ Engineering (MBA is an advantage)
•    1-3 years of proven experience in Accounting, Audit or Finance
•    Project management experience in Finance is highly desirable
•    Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
•    Wilingness to learn and curiosity
•    Team spirit, collaboration and influencing skills
•    Ability to work in a global environment with many interfaces, ability to understand the business needs and how financial choices impact business
•    Thorough understanding of financial systems, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Hyperion is an advantage
