Your role:
- Defining, reviewing and monitoring Customer Launch Strategy within the Medis team, establishing dedicated Launch teams and cross-functional support to ensure all projects are tracking towards on time.
- Building and maintaining Launch Plans and continue to develop and refine the Medis Launch Plan. Identifying and closely managing project interdependencies.
- Advising and managing of Launch Team members on roles, responsibilities and core deliverables.
- Facilitating the development of monthly pre-launch and following up the order with dashboards for Leadership and the Commercial Team as well as dashboards for Launch Teams and Management Meetings.
- Performing post-launch project evaluations to develop launch excellence best practices. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the launch excellence process and tools.
- Facilitating the development of risk assessments to include mitigation and contingency plans and actively manage progress.
- Conducting an end-to-end supply chain risk assessment to stress test the supply chain, identifying critical risk scenarios and defining potential responses.
- Supporting the team when transitioning process from internal to external manufacturing sites.
- Drive/Accountable to meet critical AOP targets On Time in Full (OTIF), Backorder/OOS, EDDs, Order confirmation and Inventory.
- Working with the Teva TPO Organization to ensure that suppliers are aligned to the Customer Service Metrics and respect the quality agreements with Medis.
- Support on preparing documentation on Service Levels, Mitigation Plan, escalation issues for the Business Review Meetings with the customers.
- Managing new projects as agreed with Senior Management to transform and improve the supply chains processes to gain operational effectiveness.
- Working with TPO on CMO manufacturing/packaging sites, highlighting supply opportunities and risks. Focusing on continuous improvement objectives.
- Being Partner with Commercial Team to assess lead times and product availability for new business opportunities and bids.
Your profile:
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in an operations role (working in manufacturing site 3+ years),
- 5+ years of experience in launch management,
- Excellent managerial skills (4+ years of experience in leading a team’s),
- Master’s Degree in Pharma/Project Management,
- Proven project management skills. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects,
- Written and verbal proficiency in English language is required,
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives -Green Belt or higher/PMP certification,
- Ability to travel regularly,
- Good analytical, planning skills and flexibility to adapt to changes,
- Strong business partnering and excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadline,
- Process-oriented person with the ability to develop a robust process,
- Ability to develop and successfully execute strategy.
