The opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for supply chain operations and data accuracy? Join our dynamic team at Teva Pharmachemie Operations, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring life-saving medicines are delivered on time and in full to customers across the globe.

In this versatile role, you’ll be responsible for artwork coordination, customer service operations, and master data management. You’ll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to manage packaging components, coordinate supply activities, and ensure accurate data maintenance in our systems.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Artwork & Packaging Coordination 
    • Manage and coordinate changes to packaging layouts (labels, boxes, leaflets).
    • Prepare artwork files and ensure print proofs meet technical specifications.
    • Own the artwork planning process and ensure timely implementation of changes.
    • Maintain master packaging records and accurate component data.
  • Customer Service Operations 
    • Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely testing, release, and shipment of finished goods.
    • Process shipments all around the world
  • Master Data Management
    • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of materials in the MDG (Master Data Governance) database.
    • Safeguard data integrity across supply chain systems and support data-related process improvements.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with MDG (Master Data Governance) is a plus.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in (preferably) Dutch and English (spoken and written).
