Who we are
The opportunity
Lead Teva’s data, analytics and AI agenda for Global Procurement - defining strategy, governing the data foundation, and scaling AI‑enabled digital products that improve decision quality across Source‑to‑Pay. The role aligns procurement analytics and AI with value delivery in savings, supplier performance, risk, ESG, and operational excellence, consistent with best‑practice remit for procurement analytics leaders at global enterprises.
How you’ll spend your day
1) Strategy, Operating Model & Governance
- Set and continuously refine the Global Procurement Data, Analytics & AI strategy and multiyear roadmap aligned to Procurement Excellence & Performance and Teva’s growth priorities
- Establish a product operating model (intake → prioritization → delivery → value tracking), portfolio governance, and OKRs for analytics and AI products that serve Global Procurement.
- Define and steward the procurement performance taxonomy (e.g., savings, compliance, risk, ESG), data ownership model, and data‑quality SLAs to ensure one source of truth.
2) Data Foundation & Architecture (Functional Ownership)
- Own the functional data architecture for procurement (spend, supplier master, contracts/CLM, material master, etc.) and ensure harmonized models, lineage, controls and documentation that enable trustworthy insights.
- Partner with Digital/IT for platforms, integration, security and master‑data, to consolidate fragmented sources into a governed data layer to power dashboards, self‑service analytics, and AI/optimization engines.
3) Insights, Reporting & Performance Management
- Deliver executive scorecards and self‑service analytics for savings pipeline/realization, sourcing effectiveness, supplier performance, compliance, working capital, and S2P cycle‑time.
- Target advanced analytics for category strategies (e.g. price/volume/mix, should‑costs, benchmark panels), contract insights, supplier‑risk analytics (KRIs, heatmaps, alerting) and SRM (segmentation, QBR packs).
4) AI, Optimization & Digital Products
- Incubate, productize, and scale AI/ML and GenAI use cases (e.g., savings prediction, demand forecasting, supplier risk early‑warning, contract deviation analysis, guided sourcing/buying assistants, allocation/award optimizers) with transparent value tracking and Responsible‑AI guardrails
6) Stakeholder Management, Adoption & Change
- Drive adoption of analytics and AI through playbooks, enablement, and business‑rhythm integration so insights are embedded in daily category, sourcing, SRM and P2P decisions.
- Align closely with Finance, Risk/Compliance, Legal, Digital/IT and GBS to validate value, standardize KPIs, and ensure sustained performance.
