The Opportunity:

The Senior Vice President, Head of Global Supply Chain is a pivotal enterprise leader, shaping and executing Teva’s end‑to‑end Global Supply Chain (GSC) strategy to enable sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. This role owns the design, performance, and evolution of Teva’s global supply and demand ecosystem—ensuring resilient, agile, and cost‑effective supply across a complex, multi‑network footprint.

 

With full accountability for customer service excellence, supply reliability, and inventory optimization, the SVP drives strategic trade‑offs that balance service, cost, and risk at scale. As a core member of the Global Operations Leadership Team, this leader partners closely with enterprise and functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into integrated supply chain outcomes that directly impact patients, customers, and shareholders.

 

Reporting to the Global Head of TGO, the SVP leads the global GSC organization, setting the vision, operating model, and capabilities required to future‑proof Teva’s supply chain while enabling profitable growth in a dynamic and highly regulated global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member of TGO LT responsible for supporting the TGO transformation towards best-in-class and leading the overall Supply Chain transformation to enable the Pivot to Growth strategy
  • Strategically partners and collaborates with key stakeholders to continuously align strategies between Supply Chain and Network, Commercial & Finance.
  • Responsible for Global Supply Chain Management Organization, including all Key GSC Processes, to ensure business continuity, efficient product supply, & high customer service levels. 
  • Enables efficient and effective supply chain processes.  Drives simplification, standardization, digitation and automation to optimize GSC processes and enable integration of systems & data.
  • Maximizes the Integrated Business Planning processes to ensure that Demand/Supply imbalances are properly addressed & resolved.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness, with a strong emphasis on innovation & sustainability. 
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing global supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, & employee engagement.
  • Strategically lead global logistics and partners with Commercial Supply Chain to oversee Teva’s distribution centers’ performance.

  • Professional: High proficiency in logistics and supply chain management; Agility to adapt to changing global regulations and market demands; emerging technologies & innovative approaches in pharma SCM; E2E scenario planning, demand forecasting & planning, supply & capacity planning, supply chain processes, network strategy & portfolio management
  • Essential: strategic thinking, systems thinking, influencing & communication skills, collaboration, change management, relationship management, negotiation skills
  • Leadership: Exemplifies Leadership Principles.  Set clear directions and secure execution. Change agent and dynamic leader. Effectively manages complexity within the end-to-end organization—shifting of timelines, projects, and priorities. Builds & maintains strong relationships across various departments, cultures & regulatory environments. Creates an engaging & inclusive work climate & a culture of appreciation and trust, where people feel connected & committed.

 

Education/Skills:

  • 15+ years experiences. in SCM or comparable function
  • BA/MA in SCM Business or related field or equivalent experiences

 

Preferred:

  • Certifications such as APICS, CSCP, CPSM
  • Experience working in a large, complex matrixed environment with global processes & governance structures
  • Expertise in emerging technologies & innovative approaches in Pharma SCM
