To ensure, managing and responsible for the Utilities (installations) in Haarlem. With the right conditions, these utilities such as Glean steam, Purified water. Water fpr injection and HVAC are essential for the production of medicines to which you directly contribute.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Leading optimal availability, systems and buildings within the Utilities department. This is by setting up, preparing, and analyzing corrective and preventive maintenance of the various installations, systems and buildings in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Leading and supervising modifications and small projects with the aim of a higher availability of the installations and/or and easier/safer/compliant way to work with the installations.
- Direct management of the employees of the Utilities department.
- Full accountability on gDR’s, gCAPA’s and any other readiness of preventive and corrective actions of maintenance reports. Ensuring that the team is in full compliance with job reporting to the system constantly.
- Optimizing the existing preventive long-term maintenance plan by analyzing and breakdowns interventions.
- Leading root-cause analyzes in case of (complex) malfunctions, GMP reporting and ensuring adequate follow-up of the declined measurements
- Guiding and training colleagues in the use of the installations, systems and internal work processes
- Ensure adherence to company dress codes and health & safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform administrative, secretarial, or light housekeeping tasks as assigned by management.
- Comply with protocols and guidelines concerning safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
Contribute to a positive work environment by providing and receiving constructive feedback.
Your Skills and Experience
- Education: Minimum Higher professional education
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Languages: Proficient in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- GMP guidelines
- TPM, Sig Sigma and Lean
