The opportunity

Teva Global Operations (TGO) is seeking for an analytically sharp, process-driven leader to serve as TLMS (Teva’s Lean Manufacturing System) Strategy and Performance Lead within its Strategy team. This role will be critical in translating TGO’s ambitions into disciplined, measurable, and sustainable TLMS strategy for the sites. This role will design, run, and improve the internal processes and rhythms that support TLMS strategy deployment, ensuring cross-functional integration, timely decision-making, and consistent follow-through

This individual will work closely with Operations Leadership team, Site Leadership team, finance, and functional stakeholders to ensure plans and programs are deployed, interdependencies managed, value delivery accurately captured, tracked, and aligned. The role is highly collaborative and requires deep coordination across sites and geographies, as well as strong process governance capabilities.

How you’ll spend your day

  1. Strategy development & outside-in perspectives: Co-develop and evolve TLMS’ strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with TGO’s enterprise ambition, bring an “outside-in” perspective and identify emerging trends to ensure strategies remain competitive and forward-looking
  2. Strategy deployment & execution: Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans with defined KPIs and milestones. Establish and maintain operating rhythms (e.g., business reviews, governance forums) to track progress and drive accountability. Drive use of standard tools, templates, and routines
  3. Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as liaison between the TLMS team, sites, and global functions. Collaborate with peers across other transformation pillars to ensure alignment and share best practices
  4. Continuous improvement mindset: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices. Ensure improvement projects are aligned with broader transformation goals
  5. Performance management and value delivery: Develop and implement mechanisms to track performance against strategic goals and KPIs. Monitor value realization and ensure alignment with financial planning and reporting
  6. Project Management: Act as a partner and operational lead for your leader, translating priorities into well-managed programs. Oversee PMO activities including planning, tracking, and reporting on key initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. Provide timely insights and support executive decision-making
  7. Executive communication & decision support: Prepare executive-ready materials that distill complex information into clear insights and recommendations. Support your leader in strategic discussions, performance reviews, and leadership forums
  8. Change Management: Act as a change agent, fostering a mindset of innovation, agility, and accountability. Partner with sites and functional leaders to prioritize, sequence, and execute initiatives

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, with a focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership
  • Strategic leadership experience: 10+ years of experience in Biopharma (and/or Operations) and Consulting, with a strong track record in strategy, Lean Transformation, or operational leadership roles. Exposure to enterprise or functional strategy work in a global environment, highly valued
  • Transformation mindset & analytical thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize functional strategies into a cohesive narrative that aligns with broader organizational goals. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Cross-functional program coordination: Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions and regions. Skilled at managing deliverables and interdependencies in a matrixed setting
  • Financial & business acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and operational drivers. Comfortable working with budgets, business cases, and performance data to support executive insights and decision-making
  • Global mindset: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones in a multinational organization. Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
  • Communication & narrative development: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, executive-level presentations
  • Influencing in a matrixed environment: Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence without direct authority. Skilled at building trust, aligning diverse perspectives
