Location

This role can be based in any EU country where Teva has an office, or in New Jersey (United States) or Tel Aviv (Israel) office.

The opportunity

Overall accountable to provide consolidated industrial network and commercial region planning perspective, as well as to lead global owners for S&OE, S&OP and global constrain management processes.


A member of the Global Supply Planning Organization within SC, will work closely with its peers in GSC/GSP and Tech Pillars / Regional interfaces to ensure consistency and efficiency in the planning practices, in alignment with the GSC goals & targets.

 

Success in this role will be the achievement of balanced supply and demand across all global manufacturing segments leading to minimal stock outs and overstock situations. This will be accomplished through improvements in planning accuracy, adherence to supply chain S&OE / S&OP processes, timely monitoring and reviewing SC KPIs and strong allocations and constraints management. Furthermore, successful cross-functional collaboration between global supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams will be a key enabler for proactive resolution of planning issues. Success will be notably measured by ability to optimize service (CSL, OTIF) while managing cost effectively through the global processes - Inventory, W/O and GR's.

How you’ll spend your day

S&OE / S&OP processes: 

  • Provide consolidated industrial network planning perspective (e.g., load balancing across tech pillars / EMSO, constraints, etc.)
  • Supervise Global Process Owners of S&OP and S&OE processes orchestrating their execution: consolidate site SC and commercial SC inputs, facilitate regional/tech pillar/executive S&OE/P, identify outstanding business risks tied to industrial capacity constraints to be tackled in these forums and make trade-off decisions (incl. decision to escalate)
  • Optimize and drive processes excellence

 

Global Constraints & Allocations:

  • Plan and monitor the global allocations process and identify potential risks
  • Partner w. portfolio/other teams to mitigate risks & optimize allocation outcomes
  • Work closely with sites, markets and global portfolio to achieve optimization of resources and outcome for constrained cases

 

AOP / LRP / LBE : 

  • Coordinate the AOP, LRP, and LBE process across manufacturing tech pillars, ensuring these processes align operational capabilities w. financial and strategic goals 

 

Cross-functional coordination: 

  • Manage interface with Tech pillars and Commercial regions, to ensure cross-functional processes and decision-making and align outcomes towards best Teva interest

 

Mentor & develop planning teams, and impulse SC community mindset

Your experience

  • Professional: Extensive experience in supply chain planning within the pharmaceuticals industry ; expertise in supply and demand forecasting, S&OP/S&OE processes, and the use of advanced planning tools 

 

  • Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments ; Proven experience in balancing conflicting objectives (e.g., cost vs. service levels) ; Strategic thinking ; Strong storytelling and presentation skills ; Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management ; Effective communication 

 

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across different geographies ; Strong people development skills, including mentoring and talent management ; Capable of driving excellence in planning processes

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership planning role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. BA/MA in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning processes both in demand and supply side, and notably of S&OE and S&OP. Experience working in a large, complex matrixed environment with global processes & governance structures
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and processes, spanning across functions, with an ability to orchestrate and drive those.
