The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to play a key role in defining and executing marketing strategies for both inline and launch brands within our Neuroscience portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, contributing to the growth of the business while empowering others through collaboration and innovation.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Support and actively shape the European marketing strategy for inline and launch brands in Neuroscience
  • Partnering with teams in Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Business Development to create integrated strategies and execute effectively across the region.
  • Take ownership of your own projects: from planning to execution and performance monitoring
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks
  • Contribute to the development of communication and training materials for internal and external stakeholdersFoster empowerment: encourage independent thinking and action within the team
  • Help drive continuous process optimization and promote CoCreation #oneteam approach

 

Your experience and qualifications

  • University degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Initial experience at the EU level in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, ideally in Neuroscience
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in product management, marketing, or related areas
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
  • Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
