The opportunity

The Pricing Analyst will implement all pricing-related activities for products within Teva’s Innovative Medicines (Ix) Division in Europe. The role encompasses pricing analytics, international reference pricing (IRP), forecasting, scenario modeling, pipeline and BD&L support, and launch sequence optimization. The Pricing Analyst will ensure the alignment of local and regional pricing strategies with global pricing frameworks.

 

This position requires close collaboration with Market Access leadership, EU country pricing teams, the EU Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) group, and various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data-driven pricing decisions, timely approvals, and strategic implementation.

How you’ll spend your day

Strategic Pricing Support

  • Support pipeline pricing strategies
  • Analyze changes in EU Pricing policies and legislation for potential implications
  • Provide pricing inputs for BD&L assessments and support value-based access solutions.

 

Pricing Analytics & Tools

  • Conduct pricing analytics and develop models, including IRP impact assessments and forecasting.
  • Use and maintain the iMAP tool to support pricing governance in alignment with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with EU Market Access Directors to establish and execute pricing corridors based on global guidance.
  • Prepare pricing scenarios and recommendations for Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) and exception cases.

 

Governance & Compliance

  • Support internal pricing governance forums and ensure transparent decision-making.
  • Build and maintain robust internal infrastructure for pricing data tracking and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global pricing policies and maintain audit-readiness.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Prepare pricing materials for leadership, support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights for launch sequencing and cross-border price management.

Your experience and qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, data analysis, forecasting, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of European and/or Global pricing and reimbursement processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel and data analytics tools.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of translating analytical findings for diverse audiences.
