The opportunity

We are looking for a Human Ressources (HR) Manager for our site in Haarlem for a period of 6 months to cover during a maternity leave. In this role you provide professional support on various strategic and tactical HR themes' s and are partly responsible for the professional implementation of Corporate Teva guidelines and policy. You will support and coach the line managers to translate the business goals into the wishes and requirements that were imposed on the personnel file and the HR function.

How you’ll spend your day

- Follow-up of the HR processes within the BU, including recruitment, training, absenteeism, remuneration, people development and management development
- Provides advice, guiding change processes and implementing guidelines and policy. Is familiar with the strategy and goals of the BU and supports the BU in realizing this
- Utilize and share best practices, for the benefit of the business and to positively influence HR policy and / or guidelines
- Ensure coaching and advice to managers, on HR topics such as people development and management development and other management themes
- Support management in solving complex personnel issues, including legal and absenteeism technical files
- Contribute to the preparation and dissemination of management information for the BU
- Continuous monitoring of the quality of Human Capital within the BU, compared to all HR-related costs or. investments including absenteeism, recruitment, training and development, as also recorded in the SLAs 
- Ensuring a "people culture", in which continuous attention is paid to people and management development and development of employees in the light of strategic personnel planning and using the Global Teva Tools
- Chasing a professional performance management review, in which the individual performance targets are linked to the BU objectives
- Have structural insight into personnel planning and related management activities, taking into account corporate, guidelines and policy
- Contribute to the development of innovative and progressive HR activities and initiatives
- Ensure optimal support for the business by continuously developing and retaining knowledge about the business
- Coordination and integration of corporate BU programs and initiatives with the HR Director

Your experience and qualifications

- Bachelor degree with experience in HR preferably in a matrix organization
- Extensive experience and knowledge of HR policy, processes and HR practice
- Agile mindset, ability to show a sense of and understanding for other points of view, cultures, manners and customs
- Analytically skilled and have a good feeling for HR and financial and steering numbers
- Effective advisory skills and Excellent coaching skills
- Result-oriented, Service and customer-oriented
- Strategic thinking, solution finder
- Excellent command of the English language both speaking and writing, formal and informal
