The opportunity

Join Teva In Haarlem (NL) as Director Europe of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness). in this role you will be responsible for managing CRM strategy & governance for EU Commercial; drive sales teams development and training on CRM & SFE tools and processes.

Possible working locations: Affiliates of Teva in Europe with a preference for Haarlem/ Teva EU HQ

How you’ll spend your day

  • Manage CRM strategy and governance, offering strategic guidance on data management & system administration
  • Drive EU CRM ecosystem harmonization to enable and continuously enhance ability to support sales team centrally
  • Act as EU Commercial voice in CRM ecosystem roadmap definition with IT
  • Direct CRM monitoring and reporting approach to extract necessary insights for various departments
  • Plan training & development of sales teams on CRM processes (i.e., recording interactions, etc.), data quality & compliance (i.e., promotional compliance, data privacy…) and performance tracking (i.e., interpreting NBA recommendations, reading KPIs…)
  • Drive creation of related core content and capabilities improvement activities, supervise & monitor their deployment with support of our external Commercial Operations Hub
  • Drive central CRM administration activities for Europe & International Markets with support of a central CRM Administrators team and our external Commercial Operations Hub

Your experience and qualifications

KNOWLEDGE:

  • 10+ years’ experience in CRM and SFE, with deep pharma CRM domain expertise
  • Experience in both local and above-market/regional environment
  • Successful track record of change management for complex, pan-market CRM/SFE projects
  • Demonstrated ability to shape & execute across markets a transformative CRM strategy
