The opportunity

Join Teva in The Netherlands as Director Global Mobility. In this role, you will drive the future of global mobility—leading innovation, shaping strategy, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences worldwide.

How you’ll spend your day

• Serve as a strategic business partner, advising and supporting HRBPs in tailoring Global Mobility solutions to meet talent and organizational needs across all aspects of mobility.
• Lead and manage a seasoned global mobility team composed of 2 direct reports.
• Drive the global mobility strategy by leading global and local solutions to meet immediate and long term business objectives.
• Provide direction and consulting on global mobility to key stakeholders, which include, HR Business Partners, Total Reward, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
• Manage the strategic business partnerships with key vendors (Relocation Management Company, immigration counsel, tax services) to deliver quality benefits and service delivery while actively controlling program costs.
• Ensure program compliance in all areas – immigration, tax and payroll.
• Develop and deliver data analysis and insight on program activity, trends, costs and areas for action on a regular basis.
• Promote internal education by developing resources, marketing materials and communication plans to promote global mobility as a key part of the company’s talent strategy.
• Ensure escalations from candidates, employees and managers are resolved.

Your experience and qualifications

• Strong experience in global mobility ideally in a matrix organization
• Experience in project management and major initiatives implementation in collaboration with numerous stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills — the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse and global team.
• Mastering the international mobility various methodologies, global processes and programs, as well as, familiarity with the current and future trends in the mobility arena.
• Track record in Leadership & Coaching – Guiding, mentoring, and empowering team members to reach their full potential
• Ability to run global and complex programs
• Strong quantitative analytic capabilities, ability and willingness to go into details
• Excellence in execution— the ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines
• Creativity and change adaptability—the ability to evolve, innovate and drive change among various stakeholders
• Oral and written fluency in English
