We Are Teva

Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.

Our Team, Your Impact

The Director, Procurement Digital Solutions leads the design authority and execution of Teva’s end-to-end procurement technology landscape. The remit is to architect and deliver a cutting-edge, harmonized, and integrated ecosystem - spanning Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle & SRM, Intake & Orchestration, and supplier-facing portals - where data flows seamlessly across platforms and processes.

This leader owns the multi-year roadmap and enterprise-grade delivery of digital solutions that improve speed, compliance, usability, and resilience. The role partners tightly with IT on platform strategy, integration patterns, security, and the SAP journey (SAP ECC today; S/4HANA rollout ahead), ensuring the procurement stack stays modern, interoperable, and future-ready.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Architecture, Roadmap & Solution Delivery

  • Define the target state for the Procurement tech landscape: an integrated environment where ERP and best‑of‑breed solutions interoperate via standardized interfaces, and where data definitions, ownership, and sync rules are governed to ensure seamless flows and reliability.
  • Lead end‑to‑end programs from business case through deployment, stabilization, and global adoption, establishing and co‑owning success metrics with solution providers to ensure measurable value, high performance, and continuous improvement across all deliverables.
  • Streamline orchestration/intake capabilities to route work, enforce policy, and provide a one-front-door user experience, for both internal and external users.
  • Maintain a structured change request routine and governance, ensuring enhancements, fixes, and releases follow a controlled, transparent, and audit-ready lifecycle.

Data Flow & Compliance

  • Ensure end‑to‑end, high‑quality, agentic-ready data flows across procurement platforms - including vendor, material, contract, pricing, and transaction data - by partnering with IT to apply robust integration practices (API‑first, event‑driven patterns, governed interfaces).
  • Embed policy guardrails, automated compliance controls, and auditable trails within all workflows, while defining clear SLAs, reliability metrics, and disciplined change‑management routines.
  • Ensure that information security and privacy obligations are incorporated from the outset and adhered to throughout the solution lifecycle.

Operating Model, Vendors & Stakeholders

  • Co‑own the roadmap and delivery with IT - operate as one team on planning, sequencing, solution design, releases, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a functional product team and direct external partners with clear standards, RACI, operating cadences, releases and KPIs for delivery quality, stability, and adoption.
  • Partner deeply across the business - Legal, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and category leaders in Procurement - to ensure solutions meet regulatory, financial, and operational needs.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 12+ years of procurement technology and digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience aligning procurement capabilities with SAP ECC and leading/planning S/4HANA rollout.
  • Proven track record implementing AI-powered orchestration/intake or guided buying solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier lifecycle digitization (onboarding, qualification, compliance/KYC).
  • End-to-end experience with global multi-vendor implementation programs.
  • Strong command of SoD, approvals, auditability, e-signature, and compliance mechanisms.
  • Ability to influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders globally.

Success Profile

  • Systems thinker able to simplify complexity into integrated operating models.
  • User-first mindset balancing speed, control, and adoption.
  • Strong communicator and change leader who holds the line on standards.
  • Forward-looking, grounding designs in future readiness (S/4, orchestration, portals, integration layers).
