The opportunity

The customer service representative is a critical role in the Site Supply Chain responsible for providing the best possible service and ensuring that life-saving medicines are supplied on time and in full to Teva affilicates across the world. You are the first point of contact on the site for all customer and logistics related questions.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Coordinate account management for key Teva commercial operations; liaise with internal functions (including Quality, Regulatory, Systems and TSA) to represent the manufacturing site towards the customer
  • Coordinate all ordering, forecasting and supply activities to markets/ Teva affiliates
  • Report, analyze and improve Service KPI’s
  • In case of customer complaints or quality issues: Coordinate complaint handling, and manage the deviation or CAPA process in Veeva
  • Work with the warehouse to coordinate shipments and with QA/QC personnel to ensure timely testing, release and supply of finished goods to the customer
  • Act as Key user for Customer Service IT systems
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in audits for customer service related questions.
  • Initiate and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects in the area of customer service and in the area of  the ordering, forecasting, distribution/transport optimization and supply activities

Your experience and qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a (complex) manufacturing environment
  • Education/Certification: BSc in Supply Chain or Logistics; APICS CPIM preferred
  • Work Style: Hands-on; copes well with tight deadlines; enjoys working under pressure
  • Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Tools: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Systems: SAP APO experience required
  • Language: Fluency in Dutch is an advantage
  • Teamwork: Solid, flexible team player
