The opportunity

This role offers the chance to work right at the heart of Teva’s Haarlem manufacturing site as Business Finance Manager. You'll be part of a small and hands-on three-person finance team, working closely with the Site Finance Lead and leadership across departments. The focus is on supporting daily operations of life saving medicines with solid financial insight, keeping costs in check, and helping drive improvements on the shop floor. It’s a role with real visibility and impact, combining the analytical & managerial side of finance with the broader picture of business performance.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Act as a finance business partner to the site leadership, providing financial insights to drive operational performance
  • Lead cost control initiatives and ensure robust financial tracking across departments
  • Set up and improve financial processes in close collaboration with operations, supply chain, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets using SAP and Hyperion
  • Support strategic initiatives and Lean transformation projects with clear financial input
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through curiosity, data analysis, and proactive engagement
  • Promote financial discipline across the organization through education and transparency
     

Your experience and qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in a business finance related position
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills and familiarity with SAP and Hyperion
  • A curious, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to simplify complex financial topics and engage with non-financial stakeholders
  • The ambition to grow and a proactive mindset
  • The confidence to challenge, improve and influence
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
