We are seeking an Associate Director to drive high‑priority strategic initiatives across the EU Gx franchise in alignment with the strategic priorities set by the Gx Franchise leadership team. This role partners closely with EU regional and local leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, synthesize insights, and develop leadership‑ready presentations that guide key decisions.
You will lead strategic projects such as gross‑to‑net optimization, go‑to‑market model assessment, capital allocation, and tender optimization—ensuring strong alignment with Franchise leadership’s strategic direction, clear problem framing, robust analysis, and effective stakeholder engagement.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Lead and support cross‑franchise strategic commercial projects (G2N optimization, GTM redesign, capital allocation, tender strategy, etc.) in alignment with the priorities defined by the Gx Franchise leadership team.
- Lead business and strategic review preparation for the Gx Franchise, consolidating insights and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Develop high-quality, executive ready presentations and strategic narratives
- Synthesize complex data and insights into clear recommendations and decision options
- Engage stakeholders across the EU region to validate inputs and ensure alignment
- Create frameworks, templates, and structured ways of working that elevate strategic rigor across the EU Gx franchise and support consistent execution of Gx Franchise priorities
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in pharma focused strategy consulting or strategic/commercial roles in pharma/biotech
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous topics
- Proven track record developing leadership level strategic presentations
- Experience leading cross functional projects in a matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills and advance proficiency in powerpoint / excel
- Strong understanding of pharma commercial dynamics (pricing, G2N, tendering, GTM models, launch/portfolio strategy)
Also Good to Have
- Experience working across European markets
- Knowledge of generics or biosimilars
