What will you do?

As technician II you will work in the Quality Microbiological laboratory. Timely execution of routine sample analyses on raw materials, packaging, intermediate and finished products to assess the quality. All results are entered in our LIMS system.

Used methods and techniques are:

  • Bioburden testing using membrane filtration and pour-plate method.
  • Testing for specific microorganisms.
  • Endotoxin determinations using Gel-clot and Kinetic Chromogenic methods.
  • Sterility testing on sterile finished products using an isolator.
  • Identifications using MALDI-TOF and gram staining.
  • Growth promotion/inhibition testing of media .
  • Supporting Environmental monitoring and sampling water systems.
  • Writing/Compiling and reporting results conform.
  • Contribute to efficiency programs for the department and the site.
  • Keeping supplies and media to required levels.
  • Cleaning and keeping clean equipment and the lab.
  • With extended experience: Execute method validation, updating procedures, investigate deviations and reporting and reviewing results.

 

Working conform SOPs and company procedures regarding GMP, safety, environment and hygiene.

 

At the laboratory we promote and support people to develop their skills.

Who are you?

You have a MLO-4 degree in microbiology, a few years work experience and knowledge of GMP.

 

We believe you are a highly motivated professional with experience in a highly regulated industry, preferred in the Pharmaceuticals/Biotech industry.
 

Fluency in Dutch and English will be an advantage.
 

On top of all of this you are a team player who want to contribute to laughter, support and work spirit in the team and organization.
