The opportunity
GMS&T Flow chemistry lab technician is a professional position in API manufacturing processes, Technology & design. Focusing on process and product life cycle to insure robust and competitive products, enhance operational technology excellence.
Bringing new technologies and innovative solutions to upgrade our process operation.
This role will be working in a cross functional matrix organization to support TAPI business objectives.
How you’ll spend your day

Operate GMS&T Flow chemistry laboratory and run the needed trials.

Evaluate several projects in parallel of shifting process from batch operation to Flow.

Support the introduction of new and innovative technology to lab, understand of the technology benefits, limitations and how it works, how to assemble it and how to conduct trials

Work in collaboration with different interphases across the network, mostly with production sites MS&T and R&D.

Any other initiative that might be addressed to GMS&T.
Required skills:

Excellent technical skills.

Working experience in Flow chemistry lab / Pilot plant.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mental flexibility, capable to adjust quickly to changes in the working plan.

Strong analytical capabilities and Problem-solving skills

Team player able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice in a regulated industry.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Your experience and qualifications
-
M.Sc. degree or B.Sc. with vast knowledge & Experience in chemical engineering with deep understanding in Organic chemistry and Process chemistry.

Alternatively, PhD Degree or Master's with vast knowledge and experience in Organic chemistry and process engineering aspects related to scale up, manufacturing and technology.

7+ years with proven "hands on" history in chemical lab, conducting and analyzing experiments in lab / Pilot plant, with hazardous materials under safety considerations.

3+ years of experience with proven "hands on" in Flow Chemistry and continuous manufacturing.

Excellent lab skills – assembling trials systems, with different equipment such as reactors, condensers, distillation columns, filters, pumps , piping and so on.

Understanding of chemical process equipment design and scale up in manufacturing environment.

Familiarization with innovative technological solutions.

Previous experience in global company.
