Job Description

To manage the complete P2P (Procure to Pay) cycle for all direct material (Raw & Packing material) for TAPI India sites (Expect Sourcing and Negotiation)

Raw Material Planning:

  • Assist Group Leader-Supply Chain in Procurement planning of Direct Raw & Packaging materials as per production plan.
  • Ensure adequate flow & timely servicing of all RMs Requisitions.
  • Ensure SLA for Indent to PO are adhered to

Delivery:

  • Follow-up with suppliers for timely dispatch of materials
  • Follow-up with suppliers/ Transporters/ CHA’s/other relevant stakeholders for proper documentation processing (Order acknowledgement, Non-negotiable & original documents, COA, MSDS, etc)
  • Coordination with Logistics for clearance of imported consignments, delivery tracking of Domestic shipments.
  • Follow-up with F&A Deptt for timely payment to suppliers and feedback thereof to suppliers on remittances. Timely escalation in case of any bottleneck faced.
  • Coordination with Import/Export Deptt  for incorporation of LOPs/LUT’s

Other Areas:

  • Strict compliance of SOPs in related areas of RM procurement.
  • MIS & Maintenance of records - QCS and orders.

Qualifications

B Tech (Chemical/Industrial)/ MSc with 3-5 years of experience in relevant industry and profile. The candidate should be go getter and self-driven with minimal level of supervision requirements once proper training has been imparted. Should have good understanding of process industry and decent IT skills.
