Our Team, Your Impact

Watson Goa (Teva Company) site is Implementing SAP enterprise project along with various other boundary solutions which will enable site to move towards modernization and future digital factory. The project includes advanced tools like MES, ARIBA, APO, etc.. This gives a unique opportunity for individuals associated with this project in the capacity of SMES and others. We are looking for dynamic professional to work as “Site Data lead” during project phase. He/she shall be part of team of talented individuals shaping the system’s developing and adopting new system for site. The manager will be controlling the data aspect which is key pillar of this transformation. He/she shall be single point of contact as regards data compilation, data sorting, data cleaning, data uploads, data tests, validations, etc.. and will be exposed to very important aspects of our business I,e products, processes and information. Harmonization of site material masters with other sites and global data bases makes this a very critical responsibility during and post project completion.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Be a single point of contact for all data related activities for SAP-Enterprise project at Goa site
  • Coordinate with Site SMES and departments for data validations and cleansing
  • Coordinate with Global Enterprise team for data loads and testing
  • Operate as MDM/MDG champion in SAP project for site
  • Harmonization of material masters  for site with global materials database
  • Formulate data upload strategy (TL0, TL1, TL2) in coordination with global project team
  • Ensure timely data compilation and cleaning and upload as per global schedule in coordination with global and site teams.
  • Manage changes to data, initiate change requests related to data and masters
  • Guide other project team members on data quality, requirements and completion

Your Skills and Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Industry experience of ~8 – 10 years and above
  • Working experience of SAP is desirable
  • Possesses good analytical skills
  • Hands on with Excel and other Microsoft tools
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
