How You’ll Spend Your Day

1. Documentation Review & Preparation
•    Technical Document Review: Review technical documents from transferring or R&D sites.
•    Protocol & Report Coordination: Prepare and review protocols and reports, coordinating with stakeholders for review and approval.
•    Gap Analysis: Prepare gap analyses for site transfer projects as required.
2. Batch Monitoring & Data Management
•    Batch Monitoring: Oversee placebo, pre-exhibit, exhibit, validation, and commercial batches in coordination with the production department.
•    Analytical Data Review: Review and compile analytical data related to the product for reporting.
3. Documentation & Compliance
•    SOP & Document Preparation: Prepare and review SOPs, batch documents, protocols, reports, change controls, gap analyses, and equivalency reports.
•    Change Control & Investigation Management: Manage change controls, CAPAs, investigations, and deviations.
•    SAP Management: Handle SAP activities in the production and planning modules.
•    Excipient Risk Assessments: Conduct and manage risk assessments for excipients.
4. Training & Compliance
•    Training Completion: Ensure timely completion of assigned trainings.
•    Data Integrity Compliance: Ensure adherence to data integrity policies and procedures.
5. Additional Responsibilities
•    Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Experience: 3- 5 years
