Our Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Projects & Digitization Lead to manage engineering projects especially (Building Management System), drive automation initiatives, and strengthen digital transformation across the site. The role involves end-to-end project execution, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

1.    Project Management

  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects not limited up to Computer Hardware & Software related tasks.
  • Preparation of Scope of Work document, PR/PO, performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines.
  • Fulfilment of Quality controlled documentation which all are applicable in Projects.
  •  Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.
  • Perform IQ/OQ/PQ testing for new and existing equipment.
  • Timely Submission of Commissioning Report to Site Finance for partial and full capitalization of executed Project.
  • Ensure Asset Tagging post full capitalization of project.
  • Budget Management of project as per approved budget in CER.

 

2.    Technical Documentation

  • Responsible for all regulatory Audits Preparation & documentation readiness. 
  • Preparation of SOP for FM & Engineering department and updation in them as and when required.
  • Participation in internal, external, regulatory audits.
  • Ensure 100% participation in training’s against CAPA’s.

 

3.    Routine Engineering Maintenance:

  • Act as the key person in managing project that take ownership on the whole site automation functional including all process instrument to ensure the site operations.
  • Introduce and integrate the new technology transferring to the site facility and deploy the continuous Improvement.
  • Monitoring of general instrumentation and control, PID controller, PCB, VFD, temperature and pressure gauge, Flow meter etc and maintain records for the same.
  • Routine and Break-down Maintenance of above installation as specified above within least possible time.
  • Responsible for all Automation cum Digitization technology system implementation & technical support.
  • Fault diagnosis and rectification, and assessment of chronic problem.
  • Analysis of breakdown, failure and chronic problem and taking corrective action.
  • Continuous monitoring and Response to problem reported by production management / operatives.
  • Continuous monitoring and up gradation of the SCADA system as per requirements

Your Skills and Experience

Qualification: B.E -Instrumentation & Controls 

Experience: 10-12 years (Pharmaceutical Industry, OSD Preferred)
