How you’ll spend your day

  • Keep up-to-date track of all Admin & FM expenses on site and manage these prudently to bring in maximum efficiencies.

  • Ensure all budgetary controls are in place to manage costs within budget.

  • Streamline and maintain SOPs, Ensure audit compliance and adherence to site safety.

  • Responsible to ensure the training of the manpower engage in facility operation on specific procedures related to statutory, GMP & EHS systems as may be conducted by Teva from time to time.

  • Tracking of Vendors on Performance, Quality, and Services and ensuring regular Internal & External Audits are complied.

  • Maintain Facility for various Audits & review department Log books.

  • Adherence to Site Safety Policy & Guidelines.

  • Ensure appropriate services from HK and other vendors.

  • Responsible for preparation / monitoring personnel shift roasters, activities of the manpower engage into facility operation as per the standard procedure.

  • Ensure to receive proper services from various vendors e.g. Linen, Canteen, HK, AMC Vendors, Horticulture, Pest control, Couriers & other services.

  • Handle deployment of contractual manpower (HK, Horticulture & others).

  • Daily update of the checklists as per Housekeeping SOP.

  • Responsible for doing Administration activity PRs, ERP Service Entries, Reservations, Bill Forwarding, etc. pertaining to Facility department as and when required.

  • Upkeep of the Company Township, Guest House, and Canteen at the manufacturing location to meet the standards.

  • Act as a SPOC for the associated Township of the manufacturing location

  • Maintenance of Landscape around work areas / Mfg Units.

  • Upkeep of Canteen / Cafeteria Administration for Hygiene & Menu

  • Ensure timely upkeep of facilities therein by conducting regular review, etc.

  • Oversee internal maintenance and repairs of the associated township by the vendor.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Pharma Industry
  • Should be good in oral / written communication
  • Qualification – Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Candidate must have strong experience in managing manufacturing Plant admin activities
