The opportunity

Develop plans to ensure the supply of the requested products in the most effective way possible, to meet market demand and maintain a high level of service, taking into account: inventory, quality, operational capacity and cost. Among other related activities

How you’ll spend your day

Support the Global S & OP at the site level. Analyze the net demand variations and capacity limitations by technology, including quality limitations that affect the level of service. Discuss the results with key shareholders, define recovery plans, facilitate decision processes.
Integrate demand, production and market quality capabilities, and the cost of development, according to the SC Regional / Global and the MPS of the Site. Plan and monitor the execution of the MPS of the site and ensure the optimum level of service.
Plan raw material requirements to meet MPS needs (B.O.M.) as well as manage inventory level and site objectives. Communicate the needs of the site to the Procurement area and / or suppliers (including TAP) in a timely manner.
Plan, monitor the execution, coordinate and communicate to the important interfaces of the site the launch preparations and changes of products of the site and changes of materials, based on global priorities.
Ensure that the clients of the site receive their deliveries on time, through the commitment process. Manage orders between companies, handle exceptions, serve as a mediator and direct conflict resolution.

Your experience and qualifications

Education: Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration, Chemistry or careers. Master’s or MBA desirable
Experience: 5 years in similar position.
Capabilities:Good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Supply chain project management, Business strategy, Elements of institutional configuration, Systems: ERP, Office, Certificación APICS (desirable).
Language: Advanced english.
