Job Description

Position: Sr Finance Analyst


Basic Requirements:

Education: Public Accounting, Finance or Engineering degree.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies (chemical or pharmaceutical preferrably) managing activities like financial planning, Budget control, inventories control and manufacturing costs.

Capabilities: Operative financials, Manufacturing costs (ABC), financial planning, internal control, financial indicators reporting and general accounting.

Language: Advanced English.


Functions and Responsibilities

1.            Bring support on short, medium and large term financial planning following corporate standards.

2.            Determine manufacturing costs of the portfolio, new products and simulations of processes changes.

3.            Analyze cost standard and actual deviations of manufactured products with the aim to communicate and validate the production orders closing Complaint management: Ensure the technical investigation of product quality complaints with a resolution that includes corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence and carry out the closure of the investigation.

4.            Coordinate bi-weekly and annual physical inventory counts, as well register detected differences in the process

5.            Coordinate the inventory destruction based on the analysis of the destruction committee.

6.            Report site financial performance following Corporate and local requirements.

7.            Comply with financial procedures of the function and update them in case of changes.
