Your responsibilities


As a Key Account Manager, you will generate product and brand advocacy and product usage with identified customer units through the applied use of Key Account business skills, professional education and local health service network management. 
 

In this role, you will...

 

  • Effectively communicate benefits of Teva products to target customer groups, in light of sales and marketing plans, to achieve agreed sales & activity targets
  • Develop and implement an effective territory & key account plan; Manage and maximise the territory budget 
  • Develop and adapt business development strategies by account for sales achievement and identifying all new business opportunities 
  • Maintain up to date customer records and territory information systems (like Veeva) to ensure that business plans, activities and objectives are transparent 
  • Seek and utilise market and environment intelligence 
  • Develop relationships in order to foster advocacy with regional opinion leaders, investigators, professional organisations and other key customers 
  • Monitor and report on progress against the territory Key Account & business plan 
  • Maintain and update personal therapy area, product and market environment knowledge 
  • Proactively provide the Company with customer and market information; liaising and communicating with other company personnel to achieve whole Company objectives 

Your profile

 

  • Degree in Life sciences - preferred
  • Neurology therapy area and market knowledge - desirable 
  • Knowledge of local health service environment, thorough understanding of secondary care and funding sources 
  • Proven track record of sales success in a specialised therapeutic area
  • Experience of secondary care account management in a specialist market - essential
  • Ability to understand clinical study reports and willingess to attend international congresses and take part in booth representation
  • Management and development of opinion leaders 
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and results focused attitude 
  • Customer service orientation 
  • Team player and strong collaborator 
  • IT and MS Office application skills 
  • Oral and written fluency in English & Finnish

 

Other requirements:

 

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Preferably located in Southern Finland (Turku, Tampere or Greater Helsinki area)
  • Willingness to travel nationally & internationally
