The opportunity

Empower Teva's Finnish business forward by spearheading the development and execution of strategic market access (MA) initiatives. Drive successful pricing aligned with Teva's overall strategy, navigate health technology assessment (HTA) processes to ensure optimal recommendations and implementation, enhance the MA and health economics expertise of the business unit lead, develop market access tools for existing and future launch products, facilitate rapid and widespread formulary access at the regional level, where applicable. Partner with local commercial teams to refine go-to-market strategies and achieve market access excellence.

How you’ll spend your day

  • To ensure that at launch, Teva’s branded products are supported by a market adapted and robust value proposition, strong evidence package and a pricing strategy maximizing the life-time value of the branded product. 
  • Develop nationally adapted and internally aligned Teva pricing strategy to ensure successfully outcomes of HTA recommendations and relevant price changes.
  • Lead the preparation process of submission to relevant national HTA-bodies for all new as well as to the extension of indications of existing products if appropriate.
  • Perform and support in business cases and be a partner in forecasting. 
  • Represent Teva at the HTA decision-making committees and during value-based pricing negotiations.
  • Leading price governance for specialty products as needed.
  • Cross functional coordination on cluster level together with medical and commercial cluster leads.
  • Governance meetings with relevant internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Acts as a strategic scientific expert, who contributes to strategies and activities and develops materials for exchange of scientific information.
  • Leads, initiates and implements local programs and activities to gain, maintain and improve access and reimbursement of Teva Innovative products.
  • Ensures close alignment of activities with Business Units to contribute in a collaborative and synergistic manner to the achievement of Teva’s business objectives
  • Responsible for managing own MA budget

Your experience and qualifications

  • BA/BS education, Master’s degree in business, health science or pharmacy are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working with in role of key account management, market access management or relationship management in pharmaceutical industry.  
  • Good knowledge of the Finnish healthcare system and understanding of national health economics.
  • Hands-on, autonomous problem solver. 
  • Strong influencing/negotiation skills combined with business acumen.
  • Team player, i.e. experience in working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment.
  • Field force focused (willingness to travel within Finland)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Strong excel and financial skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
