Who we are
The opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of securing supply of finished goods to the Finnish market. We hope you can start in May and enjoy working with us until September.
How you’ll spend your day
• Support daily contacts with our local distributor
• Run and monitor daily interfaces
• Ensure accurate and timely out of stock reporting
• Special quality assurance related tasks
• Maintain KPI tracking/reporting/analysis to manage inventory value, customer service levels, excess stock levels, out of stocks
• Database updates
In this role, you will cooperate closely with our supply chain team, but also with other functions, such as quality.
Your experience and qualifications
- You have an analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail and can create reports and data analysis efficiently. You feel comfortable with tight deadlines. It is important that, you are familiar with Excel and that you are comfortable working with large files.
- You are systematic, careful, and precise in your working methods. The ability and positive attitude to learn to use different systems is also essential.
- Fluency in Finnish and English will be an advantage.
- Moreover, you are a solid and flexible team player. You value your team and colleagues.
