Your responsibilities

 

As a Customer Engagement & Digital Manager  you will plan and execute programs & content that enhances Teva's overall omni-channel customer engagement strategy, approach and customer experience. You will cover all day to day and one time digital projects of the Migraine & Pain therapeutic area, engage with KOLs to create Top-content for Patients, Teva and HCPs.

 

In this role you will...

 

  • Drive innovation culture, develop innovative digital content, tactics, apply all relevant metrics/analytics in place, and report them accordingly.
  • Orchestrate the creation and roll out of Omnichannel (OC) projects. Leads and implements digital comm. projects on TA level (execute & manage cost budget, co-operate necessary functions and is the first point of contact for KOL´s, Focus groups and patient organization. Ensures timely delivery of projects/tasks within budget and at best possible quality.
  • Co-ordinate regular insights and metrics discussions with business partners to ensure frequent optimization of the engagement, content and channel plans. 
  • Support Marketing as well as other functions in their omnichannel projects with a focus on the digital activities relating Migraine & Pain content. Contributes content to affiliate communication by creating local content with KOL´s & patient organization.
  • Maintain and update the local TA websites content, patient service website and support local congress activities when applicable. Support Webinars & remote detailing by creating content to platform(s) & chosen channels.
  • Be responsible for SFMC and creating Customer Journey in TA level.
  • Proactively counsel and provide digital educational & promotional content to sales teams on ways to improve existing OC activities. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to the internal teams.
  • Work together with field force staff and evaluate their digital ideas and the ideas of our customers – take quality standards, compliance and usability into account and leverage valuable projects, developing a detailed project plan, budget plan and timing.
  • Actively collaborate with affiliate OC peers & all cluster peers when established.

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably in science
  • 2-3 years of digital and/or multi/omnichannel project manager experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical/health care sector (track record of designing and delivering multichannel/digital tactics, including agency management)
  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical Brand Management/Sales experience
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and health care professionals
  • Hands on mentality with strong focus on execution, result oriented, self-starter, highly self-motivated personality
  • Expert knowledge of MS office
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics. SFMC experience is a benefit
  • Excellent methodical organization, time & team management skills with an ability to manage several projects at the same time. Must thrive in cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Oral and written fluency in Finnish and English
