The opportunity
We are seeking a Temporary SAP Implementation Support Specialist to help our Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams during the rollout of SAP. This role supports data preparation, testing, training, and go-live readiness to ensure a smooth and efficient transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.
Temporary SAP Implementation Support Specialist
· Reports to: Supply Chain Department/SAP Implementation Lead
· Supports Department: Quality, Operations, Engineering & Supply Chain
· Contract Type: Temporary / 6–12 Months
· Location: Edison, NJ
· Contract Duration: 6–12 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
How you’ll spend your day
• Provide day-to-day support to business teams during SAP implementation.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and cleanup for SAP migration.
• Support user testing (SIT/UAT), including test execution and issue tracking.
• Help develop training materials and provide user support during training sessions.
• Provide on-the-floor go-live and hypercare support, helping resolve system and process issues.
• Assist with updating procedures, work instructions, and documentation changes linked to SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
• Experience in at least one area: Quality, Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• SAP experience (ECC or S/4HANA) preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
