How you’ll spend your day

Maintain an integrative overview of the suppliers' business activities and serve as the "Face of Teva" for them

  • Align with suppliers to build mutual trust and confidence, as a basis for long-term relationships; create a sustainable partnership and strive for a win-win balance
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality product and supply stability while maintaining competitive cost of goods and continually manage the balance between them
  • Proactively coordinate and engage internal and external business stakeholders to leverage supplier capabilities and optimize value for Teva and its suppliers
  • Actively share ideas, perspectives, knowledge and lessons learned to contribute and support a best-in-class professional level of Third Party Operation globally, and to improve performance

Your experience and qualifications

【Mandatory】

  • 3+ years of experience of project management or similar engagement
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven strong leadership
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Power point
  • Experiences to lead 5+ subordinates
  • Experiences in Supply Chain Mgmt. and/or Procurement in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experiences in working in a global business environments


【Preferred】

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirement for pharmaceutical industry in Japan
  • Background in Business Development function or Marketing function in Pharmaceutical industry

 

【Educational background】

  • University or higher level degree

 

【Major】

  • Pharmacist, Chemicals, Industrial engineering preferred
  • MBA in all also preferred

Salary/Annual Income: Determined according to company regulations
Seasonal bonus:          Twice a year (June and December) *Excluding managers
Performance bonus:     once a year (paid next year)
Trial period :                Yes (3 months)
Working hours:            9:00-17:45 (60 minute break; flex system available)
Holiday vacation:         125 days a year
