We are looking for IT Automation Engineer- Modernization Project to join our production site in Dupnitsa and become a key part of our brand new modernization team!

 

About the job

 

As an IT Automation Engineer- Modernization Project you will be responsible to participate in the Modernization program meetings for the site as an advisor to ensure IT elements are captured and addressed in alignment with program requirements. Manage the implementation and budget of infrastructure elements required to support and ensure successful implementation of use cases, including servers, switches, WiFi etc, all IT elements in support of the Modernization program, liaising with the global teams where required. Support the automation engineer to achieve the logical to physical connection for manufacturing equipment including Synergy, Historian & MES ready for eBR. Support all IT related elements for the implementation of all use cases in the Modernization program.

 

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Collaborate with automation expert for the identification of opportunities, definition of prioritization of automation efforts potential solutions
•    Identify challenges and requirements related to the use cases and the local landscape
•    Lead the implementation of local automation initiatives and ensure the integration and coordinate actions with local integrators from quotation to implementation, to system test and release
•    Support the implementation of additional sensors and controllers on existing equipment to capture additional data
•    Support the site and the Global Modernization team to deliver the change to the new way of working with respect to IT
•    Support maintenance and improvement of IT solutions

 

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    University degree in IT is preferred
•    Good understanding of automation technologies and how they can be integrated into the company IT landscape
•    Experience of IT Infrastructure industrial projects
•    Knowledge of MES systems and equipment integration preferred
•    Experience in technical projects management 
•    Experience with external stakeholders management to handle the collaboration with local integrators
•    Strong interest in new technologies
•    Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders
•    Attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•    Good communication and collaboration skills in English
