Our Team, Your Impact

Currently we are looking for а qualified and motivated candidate for the role of experienced HR Manager, part of the Human Resources Department based in Dupnitsa manufacturing site.

 

The Role: The role is responsible for managing HR processes at site level, with a strong focus on employee experience, employee relations, and the local implementation of global HR initiatives. It partners closely with managers and the HR team to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective HR support to the business.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Partner with the People Services team to support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience
  • Provide expert guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, including sensitive and complex cases, while ensuring full compliance with HR policies and local labor legislation
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of people KPIs, as well as succession planning and talent management activities at department level
  • Implement global HR initiatives at the local level and oversee site-specific benefits and wellbeing programs
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including internships, onsite events, corporate programs, and social media presence
  • Promote and reinforce organizational culture and a positive working environment at the Dupnitsa site
  • Collaborate closely with the Country HR Lead, local HR team, and the broader HR network to ensure consistent, aligned, and effective HR support

Your Skills and Experience

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, or another relevant field
  • Proven professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee relations and employee experience considered a distinct advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation and HR policies and processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a broader HR network
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
