We invite applications for a new role: Supply Chain End-to-End (E2E) Lead for the Teva site in Debrecen. Robust processes in Supply Chain ensure that business operations run smoothly, our partners are satisfied, and regulatory standards are adhered to. This role contributes to these goals while providing you with an overall understanding of the entire Debrecen site operations.
A Day in the Life of a Supply Chain E2E Lead:
• Propose, define, and ensure SC process developments by analyzing SC reports, KPIs, capacities, and internal or external requirements. E2E processes encompass logistics from materials leaving suppliers to finished products leaving our site.
• Coordinate and manage supply chain improvement projects related to planning, transport, customer services, and partially warehouse operations, using a lean approach.
• Be highly involved in the development of management and reporting tools such as SAP, management reporting, and KPI developments.
• Improve processes through automation or simplification.
• Support the development of end-user training and regulatory documentation.
• Follow up on SC team KPIs: open changes, data issues, and task prioritization.
• Strongly coordinate with other departments (Production, Quality, Opex) and external group stakeholders on changes/projects: scope, implementation date, and required tasks.
• Report to the Supply Chain Director on implementation progress and deliverables.
• Participate in workshops to evaluate adherence to the global template/processes, identify local legal requirements, local change impacts, and execute necessary local business process adaptations.
• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure efficient integration of business processes and data.
You are a perfect candidate if:
• You are educated to Degree Level in a Business-related field, engineering, economics, or as a Lean expert, with relevant experience within the Manufacturing industry.
• You are agile, proactive, and logical in your thinking.
• You have experience or have led Lean systems.
• You have a good understanding of systems integration aspects from a business perspective, manufacturing cross-functionality, and E2E processes.
• You have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• You have organizational skills with the ability to manage projects and good presentation skills.
• You possess strong collaboration and teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
It is an advantage, but not a must, if you have:
• Practical experience with ERP system usage.
• Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain Planning business processes.
• Knowledge of GMP Regulatory standards in the Pharma Industry.
• Experience in Master Planning within the Manufacturing Industry.
